Organization Terms

As a participating school program, civic organization, religious group, charity, individual cause, etc. I understand and agree to comply with the following:

• Cork Support takes no responsibility for:
  • Incorrect account information
  • Mismanaged accounts.
  • Rewards not being paid.
  • Workers/workmanship from the Cork Support directory
  • Fraudulent accounts.
  • The actions of an account administrator.
  • The actions of our third party payment centers.
• I receive 80% of the reward and Cork Support retains 20% for administration fees and costs.
  • Note: These percentages are based on the total after the third party processor, WePay, charges and fees.
• Customers are able to claim a reward for any group or cause participating with Cork Support regardless of the group or cause that referred them.
• Cork Support reserves the right to hold any reward at any time if there is any dispute.
• Cork Support reserves the right to dispute a reward payment for up to 60 days after the reward is processed.
• The processing of payments come through a third party, which Cork Support takes no responsibility for.
• I am responsible for maintaining accurate account information.
• Account administrator must be 18 years or older.
• My group can become an affiliate of Cork Support and earn extra funds.
• Payments for rewards are only forwarded to the given account information.
• Rewards that are received may be a matter of public recognition by Cork Support, customers, participating businesses, media, etc. It may be used as marketing/advertising.
• Rewards can be in the form of a donation or rebate.
• Participating with Cork Support makes my contact information, location, name, etc. publicly visible.
• I must maintain and keep track of my account regularly.
• I am expected to speak well of Cork Support.
• I am expected to promote Cork Support and the businesses involved.
• Cork Support reserves the right to delete any account at any time without notice.
